Flooring Warranty Services Inc. works with manufacturers and dealers of carpeting to provide the industry with a unique collection of services that help to resolve problems and increase customer satisfaction. We like to think of ourselves as the Aspirin to your headache.

Feather Blending-

  • Through a process called feather blending we blend one side of a seam with a color problem in an attempt to match them and remove the abrupt change in color. We've developed new methods and techniques to improve upon this, resulting in quicker and more successful repairs.   

    Feather Blending can also repair tufting bands, streaks, and sometimes even slight texture variations.

    Micro- Shearing-
    Micro Shearing can be used on many different types of defects, most commonly tip shear, and bearding complaints. This service is offered by very few warranty repair technicians, and further shows the importance we place on professionalism.

    Roll Crush Removal-
    Roll crush occurs when large rolls of carpet are stored and fibers become "crushed." We can remove these crush marks quickly without being very disruptive to consumers, helping them see how valued they are as your customer.
